Keys:
~~~~~
Use any key to "thrust" upwards, otherwise your ship falls from
gravity.  At the beginning of the level you will "hang" briefly
as the timer expires.
Additional Keys During Play:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
G - game over - quit this game right now
R - reset entire game state (uppercase only)

Gameplay Notes:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Um, avoid everything.  :)  Ceiling, floors, blocks, just
avoid it all.
If you die, it's game over.  Kablooie.
In "Plus Coins" gamemode, you don't get quite as many points
for just cruising along, but you can earn a lot of extra
points by nailing as many coins as possible.
In "Let me BLAST!" gamemode, you will fire a shot every
time you apply thrust. If you hit anything with this shot
you will earn extra points, as well as clear your path.
Scoring:
~~~~~~~~
One point per billisecond of advancitude. Well, in basic mode
it works out to about 10 points per second. In other modes it
will depend on how many coins you collect, or how many successful
shots you fire. The more coins you get, the more points you get!
